us because for the biggest (restaurant) sites and events such as RestoDays, Resto.be
and Google, Tablebooker is the reservation partner.

Due to the digital acceleration, there is a strong demand for our user-friendly and
professional system! To propose additional services to our existing customers, we are
looking for two Customer Success Specialists.

Your responsibilities:

You will be jointly responsible for selling our various services to
our existing customers.
You will propose upgrades to our already '3000' existing customers and convince them to work with
our products.
You have a commercial attitude, enjoy working with targets and are able to develop and maintain customer relations like no one else.

You are responsible for the entire process from quotation to after-sales communication.

Your profile:

A first relevant experience within a Customer Care environment is a must.
You are communicative and fluent on the phone, very customer-friendly and you are a real
go-getter.
You are organisational, have an eye for detail and punctuality.
You are ideally bilingual Dutch/French; or you have a very good command of one of the two languages
well and have good notions of the other language.
Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
